How do I take songs from my Micro SD card and set them as my ringtone on my Verizon Razzle?

I’ve had the phone for a while and don’t know how to set the songs as my ringtone. I’ve looked online, but the only place that says I can take music from my card tells me to look in the user manual (http://www.phonerated.com/free-ringtones.php?phone=verizon+razzle near the bottom of the page)
I have not found anything explaining this in the manual. Hopefully some who has gotten this to work could tell me how they did it, thanks in advance.

What you need to do is email the song from a computer to yourphonenumber@vzwpix.com- when it arrives, you will be able to save it as a ringtone
