Which features are missing from UK iPhone model?

I’ve been considering getting an iPhone when they are available in the UK next month, however I’ve read some reviews of the American model which gave me some cause for concern. Does anyone know if the UK release (which I’ve heard is an upgraded improvement on the US version) has the following features missing? These are the features I have read are not available on the US model:

They will probably add it to the uk phones. And then do a firmware update to add that stuff to the usa models. This is exciting. Maybe finally they are getting there acts together lol and I will be able to do MMs and video recordings yay. By the way the iPhone has bluetooth and custom ringtones.
