Wav Converter Ringtones

Where did my Windows Media Converter go??

I’ve always made my own ringtones with a program that outputs wav, then right click on the file and there was always an option “convert media format” or something, then windows media converter or something would pop up and convert the file to mp3. Now when I right click, this option is gone and I want it back! Also, Paint, IE, all MS Games, and Wordpad are randomly missing from my computer. I tried doing the thing with add/remove programs and then windows components, but when I clicked to add those programs back, it said none of them could be found, so I have no idea what’s going on with my computer. Someone help!

i don’t know what a hell is going on

but the only solution I can think of is to do a system recovery/restore/reset whatever

take it to a TRUSTED computer person and they’ll tell you which one you need

and that’s cool about the ringtones, I didn’t know you could do that
